Yunho was out past curfew with three acquaintances. When the police interrupted them, Yunho's acquaintances had an altercation with the police while Yunho tried to escape.As a result, the police are investigating Yunho for obstruction of execution of public affairs.The article also alleges that the location Yunho visited was an illegal room salon.
Debunking: (Updated 9/2/21)
Both SM Entertainment and the Seoul police have stated that there was no altercation and that Yunho did not try to escape.On Sep. 2nd, the Seoul police stated that Yunho was cleared of all accusations against him.The police statement shows that the location was not a room salon, but a regular bar that was not in compliance with the Food Sanitation Act.Yunho and SM both made statements after this police statement was made that he was still reflecting on staying out past curfew.

Yunho said on Beatles Code in 2012 that he had sent his dog Taepoong to a training center.Netizens speculated that since there haven’t been any updates about Taepoong, Yunho might have abandoned him there.
Debunking:
Yunho said on January 11, 2015 at the WITH Release Event Fanmeet that he had sent Taepoong to live with a close friend of his.Due to his busy schedule, Yunho made the responsible decision to rehome Taepoong to someone better equipped to take care of him.
In February 2021, Yunho told a fan during a virtual fansign that Taepoong was still living with his friend and that Yunho visits him.
The underlined sentence translates roughly to "3. Taepoong is now raised by Yunho’s friends, but if he has time, Yunho will go see him."The fan also included a picture of a drawing Yunho did of Taepoong on the fan's album.

Debunking:
The loophole that the article references was closed in June 2020.Additionally, even if the loophole were not closed, it still wouldn't make sense for Yunho to purchase the building under a corporation to evade taxation, since there are multiple taxes that apply to corporation building owners that do not apply to individual building owners. This was noted in a critique of the article by Koh Ilseok

The article also made the blatantly untrue claim that Yunho stated that he did not want to become a building owner. This was presumably taken from the 2018 show Dunia: Into a New World. However, in the show Yunho explicitly stated that he does want to own buildings, but his bigger dream is to start a school.
It is also of note that the sources of the article are extremely speculative gossip posts with no factual evidence to back them up and very little consistency. There is no evidence that Yunho engaged in tax evasion.

There is no proof that Yunho acted cold towards the staff of NWD. There are many photographs of him being physically close with the staff, and there were even articles circulating at the time praising his good manners towards the staff.Article praising manners

Additionally, there were almost always fans present on or near the set. If Yunho and Seo Yeji were always together in her vehicle and often had screaming arguments as the articles claim, there would almost certainly be evidence of it. As it stands, there is absolutely no evidence that Yunho did anything besides nap in his car between takes.
